Mediation Services

Fees depend on the type of mediation:

In the event that fees pose a hardship for clients, I am flexible.

Civil & Commercial Mediation: $250.00 per hour

Child Protection Mediation: Free of charge (costs met by government agencies)

Court Appointed / Mandatory Mediation: By special arrangement

The number of hours required for mediation depends on the complexity of the issue(s), as well as the parties’ flexibility.

Evening & Weekend Appointments

Evening and weekend appointments can be arranged.

Cancellation Policy

We ask that clients provide as much advance notice about cancellation, and at least 48 hours notice. For less than 48 hours notice (unless it is an emergency or circumstances beyond the client’s control) we charge for an hour’s fee. If a client does not show up for a scheduled appointment and gives no notice, full fee is charged.
