Family Mediation Services

In family mediation, the impartial mediator helps the disputing parties to negotiate their own agreement without having to resort to hostile and costly court battles.  This collaborative, non-adversarial approach is particularly important where the parties intend to maintain or re-establish a positive relationship.

Separation & Divorce

Litigation, through its prolonged & frequently hostile process, pits parent against parent, and leaves children suffering in the middle. Mediation helps to protect couples and their children from this potentially destructive and costly impact.
